I accidentally deleted my esim after paying for service.

Hi all, my old service with koodo has been cancelled and I've deleted the esim somehow for PM. The problem is now that I cannot receive the Eversafe verification number because i currently don't have service.

Ended up getting a new esim and CS Support did the rest for me. Everything working well now.

I have an old PM physical SIM. Support is going to try and port my account to that sim number. I just hope this will get me passed the Eversafe screen I'm stuck on. I'll let you all know.

this method won't work when an account still activating.

I've tried many many times but it still just forces it to go to my number that currently has no service.

If you type in the code incorrectly a few times it should give you the option to receive the code via email instead.

you put in the PM sim card? can you make outbound calls?

if not, submit a ticket with cs agent

but if you can make outbound calls, then call Koodo and deal with the porting first.  Tell them you deleted the Koodo eSIM and ask them to take your verbal approval to port the number to PM

It says " Public Mobile service and would like to confirm your full access."

But I can't get the 6 digit code because my number isn't active

Im stuck on the screen that says:


We’ve noticed you have an active Public Mobile service and would like to confirm your full access.
A 6 digit code associated with your EverSafe ID will be sent to phone number . We will need you to confirm this number.


I have no way to get passed it because I can't receive the code.

it is a bit confusing, but I think OP just deleted the Koodo esim

he probably seeing the 2FA sending to the phone number which is sitll with Koodo so he is a bit nervous

call Koodo support.  Since Koodo and PM are both owned by Telus, Koodo support can just  approve the porting without the SMS text.
