I send a request to the agent by inbox, and a confirmation email as well, but it has past two months, I still not received my invoice yet. my account has been deleted. when I try to contact the agent again, the agent just focus on some information about my account, which I will not be able to recall any more since my account has been deleted almost a year.
I have been using public mobile for almost 8 years, never thought the customer service can be so frustrating.

I received an email from MVNOtaxrequest@koodomobile.com more than two months ago, but still not received my invoice yet.

you can reply that email, but honest, they might write back really late
last time I replied and ask them a simply question, took them 6 weeks to response
but still, reply them and ask for status update, just don't expect a quick answer

Thanks, I received an email from MVNOtaxrequest@koodomobile.com telling me they will get me back within 30 days, but it has past almost two months now.

i can confirm you that invoices can go back more than a year with the help of PM support
for the invoices, they will send you to your email, not community inbox. The email will be coming from:
MVNOtaxrequest@koodomobile.com
They usually reply in 4 weeks. Last time when I requested, they replied in exactly 30 days
