Hi. It doesn’t show where you enter the code they provided. Also I already added a bunch of add ons this past week. Can the credit be placed retroactively?

Those add-ons will stay on your account for when you might go over your plan data. You could choose just to keep them. They don't expire. You don't automatically re-buy them.

open a ticket with PM CS_Agent. at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. ask them to
type: Contact Us and Other
Finally Click here to submit a ticket
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

check inbox(top right corner envelope icon) for response from CS_Agent.
