I got a new plan $40 5GB unlimited call and text ect, forgot to add prom code for the 12 months

If you procrastinated about submitting a support ticket to have the promocode added then ask them to add the promocode 2GBBONUS instead. It has no expiry vs 12 months.

Don't be too concerned, this happens a lot a CSA can manually add this for you. Just tell the promo code as the 40 plan should definitely qualify conditions wise. Private message would prob be the best route.

hi @JK_  you meant you just activated?  you can try to open ticket with CS Agent and they likely will be able to add it back if the promo is still on


to open ticket with CS Agent:

at : Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. start by typing : Contact CS Agent
  2. then Click "Contact Us"
  3. then Click "Other"
  4. finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
