Hello,
I just to make sure I understand this correctly : I can only sign-up for a plan via the App? There no longer are Public Mobile kiosks in my area.
I attempted to sign-up from the web, and I am stuck (tried different browser and computers) at this page which Public Mobile cannot reset to allow me to complete the process :
We encountered an error processing your request.
This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)

Yes, you need app to subscribe. As I understand app is required for one of the last steps of signing up.

@thisdoesnotwork - Error code XXX means that you need to use the app.
App is also required for activation.
