How to submit a ticket to communicate with a Public Mobile Customer Sales Representative

Can anyone show me where to go to 'submit a ticket' to be able to communicate with a Customer Sales Representative? Since it has to do with my Subscription and related credit card account, the problem to resolve resides with Public Mobile itself and can't be answered by the Community.  Thank you in advance.  Have a good day.

for issue like that, please open ticket with PM support by direct message:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
