Hello wonderful people, in the last 2 weeks my calls kept dropping in the middle of conversations regardless of who I am talking with: government, private business, individuals...etc. I had all 5 lines on - so internet was good. Also quality of calls are very bad those I am talking with say they hear static noise during the call. I tried chatbot but it did not recognize that I am signed in. Something is really amiss. Any idea what to do, I couldn't reach a live customer representative... Thank you so much and have a wonderful day.

@porcupine  what phone you have?

yes, while so many people wants VoLTE and upset that their phone still using 3G, the 3G voice network is more reliable than VoLTE. Yes, VoLTE supposed to have better voice, but it is voice and not graphics, for most human ears, it doesn't really much much the difference.  And I still find the 3G voice much more reliable than VoLTE

Too bad PM hid VoLTE toggle for most phone and we cannot force voice on 3G and keep data on 4G or 5G easily

I used 3g on my phone and it has seem to fix my dropped calls and call quality. 5g was terrible

Hi,

Alot of people have been complaining about this exact issue lately.

You could message Public Mobile directly at the link below to see if they can reset something for you.  It could be a network issue.  A few weeks ago they acknowledged that there was one and that it was resolved, but....
