With all these recent sign on changes I wasn't able to sign into my old community account, I had to create a new account. Is that what is supposed to happen?

@Chalupa_Batman it's never to late to get it back, you can always have it restored and replaced instead of your current one. However your Bravos and Solutions will not carry over after your current Account gets deleted in favor of your old one, so you'll lose any work you have here if you restore your old one.

@Chalupa_Batman Customer Service Agents can restore and recover old User ID from before EverSafe ID and attatch it to your EverSafe ID if you message them.

Sadly you're unable to sign into your old account. You have to sign up for a new one. Kind of sucks but it is what it is.
