In the new web layout, it does not seem to be possible to remove credit/debit card information. It is possible to update card information and toggle pre-authorized payments, but apparently not to completely remove. Please add that option to comply with PIPEDA.

Dumb, Dumber and Dumbest move yet on public mobile's part. I especially love how they automatically sign up the credit card used at activation without an option to opt out of "pre-authorized payments". This makes it even more difficult for those without an approved payment card to activate with pm or have someone willing to help with their credit card take that risk.
The immediate option is to replace the current card on file with a spent credit gift card that while still registered would cause an autopay failure if not paid by other means such as vouchers.

@djhslqwow44gh - well that is unfortunate that went away!
If you are trying to remove autopay you can dial 611 from your device to remove that; but yeah as others are saying, I guess for now, only CSA can remove it completely.

Good eye !. If you need to edit out your cc info...currently you need to reach out to a CSA to do that. Hopefully that's corrected soon...now that recent "upgrades" are settling out.
