By default funds are added to the payment total. I don’t want to use those fund amount for the payment instead would like to use that amount for add ons in future.
How do I opt not to use that fund amount towards payment?

If you spend your balance before your next payment is due…..keep in mind some add ons expire in 15 and 30 days and some roll over month to month. Choose accordingly.

Do you mind sharing the rewards portal you are talking about?

@DeepakPillai Ok so you just joined . Then this is one time credit . So use them now in the rewards portal before your next 30 day renewal . And going forward your on points system them . Sorry for assuming your where on old loyalty rewards . So as you earn points you can build them up and use on add on or towards your bill 15 points gets $15 off bill . Even though that’s probably not what you want to do . You can also use the points for phone draws too . Check out your rewards portal to see what offers there are

Out of 20$ fund, one is from friend referral and another one if refund of SIM amount

@DeepakPillai @‘The available funds on your account . Has been loaded on by voucher ? Or is this from your loyalty rewards ? If vouchers don’t use them to add funds . Just use auto pay with the registered card on file . This way when you show your employer your bill it will be for the full amount of the plan minus any $ rewards you earn .

on the day before your renewal, login My Account and make a payment ($45?) and the money will be added to your Account's Available Fund. You can then go to Payment history and download the invoice for that manual payment

Sorry, I did not understand you properly. Would you mind sharing your comments in detail?

@DeepakPillai Then use it up now before renewal . And just let your plan pay on auto pay (subscribe ) and you can submit invoice for full amount every 30 days and not keep $ on available funds going forward . And note data add on now expire after 30 days from purchase

I am paying monthly $49.70 towards my plan. My employer reimburses $50 max monthly for the amount paid. I have 20$ in my PM account fund. If this 20$ is applied towards the payment then my employer just have to pay me $29.70 which I don’t want. Instead I want my employer to reimburse me $49.70 and I can buy some add ons for the $20 fund. Hope that makes sense.

Hi @DeepakPillai you cannot
07-24-2023 05:26 PM
@DeepakPillai Sorry any available funds in account will automatically be used towards your next renewal . So just buy add on when you actually need them and not keep to much balance on account incase you decide to ever leave or you will end up losing them when leaving

@DeepakPillai the system will always use Available Fund first
But if you like, you can top up enough money manually ahead 9fbtje renewal and maybe it serves the purpose you want?

@DeepakPillai- What's the difference? It's all your money. That said, I don't think there is any way to have the system not use the available funds first.
