Hi, my parents cell phone lost service a month ago, and they forgot their email password so we have no account info.
We think maybe it's a billing issue.
Is there a way to find out if I need to make a payment, and how to make this payment?

use vouchers for this time..but message a Customer Support Agent to delete old credit card info and add new info. When you nessage the CSA, give them as much account info as they can recall ie: phone number, PM pin #, name on account, last payment day...etc. Once you get the account up and running again...write down all account info in case you need it again some time.
added...the on-line payment provider muskbird.com is know to be honourable. They do have a small user fee, but it's less that other on-line payments and the account will be funded right away..no need to go to store for vouchers.

do they / you have a valid credit or debit card registered on that account and set to Subscribed (autopay) ? You should be able to dial 611 with their phone to hear their current plan status. If the account has been suspended for in excess of 90 days, their PM account has likely been deactivated. Can you confirm when the last time they had PM service ? If their regular plan is a $25 plan, just get $25 in payment vouchers from Shell Gas or London Drugs...then dial 611 to add 'em and Reactivate their account. To avoid this in future, consider registering a valid credit card or debit card to their PM account and set it to Subscribed (Autopay). They should have no further issues from then on.

Thanks everyone. I called the number and the service is indeed suspended. It gave me the option to pay with voucher or a pre-registered credit card.
I'll try to get a voucher. How much $ value do I need?

You can make a call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone.

The best and quickest way to make a payment with vouchers and dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter the voucher number and pin.
Voucher can be purchased from: 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples. Or purchase from recharge.com.
Then contact a CS_Agent to help you access their account at:

You can call 611 from the phone to get account details.
You can click on forgotten password link on line to reset and choose a new password.
If non of these work they can message a customer service representative below for assistance.

first, you need to submit ticket with CS agent and work with them on getting access back, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

And if you want to see if the accounts are suspended, since you have no access to My Account, you can use another phone to call 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter your number to get the details
if you want to pay first without accessing My Account, buy a voucher from Shoppers Drug mart and load the voucher via *611 on your parent's phone or using 1-855-4PUBLIC as well
