How to login without get security code on phone?

My friend accidentally take one of my phone to other country that public mobile not roaming to. Now I tried to login and cancel the service, but without the phone I don't get text message for security code. does anyone how would I able to login without phone with me? When I login it asks the security code from email, I entered but then it asks the code from text.

you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email
If the send email choice is not there, then rivate message CS Agent for further assistance at:
