I’m new to Public Mobile. I’ve just created an account, paid for a plan, and it failed to activate. The only option app shows me - contact support. Support can’t help and redirected me to this Community Support. Submit a ticket shows me 404 page. How to get my money back? I don’t want to deal with such a service.

I wasn't arguing. you were the one that want to post more and picked on me
you showed you have no 404 error, that has no relationship that OP has a 404 error. You are a funny Batman, but you just tried to help the wrong person. It was the OP that needs help.

I'm really not sure why you seem to want to argue over this. Furthermore, you're making statements to suit your own needs. At no point did I ever say the OP never got an 404 error, I simply said to YOU that there was no mention of the use of the chat bot.
Please note, this will be my last reply as you seem to want to just start a fight here and I know the Oracle's will be removing most of this thread so... good luck you to.

After following the prompts, I had zero problem creating a ticket. No 404 page message.

read the original text carefully, the hint is there 🙂

There is no "hint" there. OP mentions to contact support and the page that said submit a ticket goes to 404 page which is one of the broken pages here. There is no mention of having issues with the chat bot.

Since you are not able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

Where does it say this person couldn't open the chat bot??
EDIT: The whole point of the chat box is to create a ticket. I have on several occasions when needed created a ticket using the chat bot.

They probably won't give a refund, but will get the account working for you.

Ya this website needs a lot of work for sure.
Did you use the app to sign up? What exactly was your last step. Let us other customers try to help you navigate this for you.

If you picked a new number, try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on.
If you ported your number from another carrier, did you reply to the text with YES with your old SIM in your phone? There is a 90 minute window for you to reply or porting will not be completed.
You can contact a CS_Agent if you did the appropriate action by pm them directly:

Hello @yevmyr
Here is how.
To submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Type Customer Service and follow the prompts. If you are having any issues, here is a direct link by sending a private message
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
EDIT: Public Mobile is more of a self service provider, hence the lower prices. You may wish to ask for help here first before not even trying the service. I've been here almost 6 years and it's been pretty darn good, for the most part.
