So..my email in past was attached to JB456.....used to just use username and password to log in. Clearly haven't been on here for likely over a year.. the other day I had to make a post as I am out of country and when trying to sign in it only asked for email/pass (not username) and then it asked me to create a username. (Hence this one)...so where has my JB456 username that is attached to this email gone?.

Can one of you guys fix my account?.. Considering yous offered me Oracle position in the past and a trip to meet the team in Toronto (then COVID cancelled that 🙄)... Again this email under this username was originally attached to JB456...any further details you need send me a private message. Thanks 👍

Jb456 is still an existing username. Looks like you last posted last October. I think you might need to return to Canada to connect to the network to finish this all up.
There are some tricks apparently like entering a wrong code a few times and then it will give you an email option. Or doing a password reset. Not sure.

@Anonymous
There is a bug in the system where some customers lost their original community username. Message an agent and they will help you reattach it to your account.
