ONLY way to communicate with PM employees is through Ticket.
It could be sending them direct mail but ticket is preferable.

No phone nor live chat with PM.

Public  Mobile doesn't have a traditional call center for customer support. Your first option is to post your question here in the PM Community Forum made up with customers such as you and I. We can usually help with most of your questions, faster than any call center off-shore. If we can't help, we'll direct you to use the chatbot.  I suggest you start by letting us know what your question is and we can help right away, 24/7.
