How do I get in contact with a support agent? I am having troubles logging in and paying my bill

I tried that and it won’t let me use my card. Plus won’t let me use my login information at all to check anything in my account

but if you need to resume service first and don't want the wait, get a voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart and then load the voucher using *611, that can resume service first
