How to cancel the auto-payment to an account without activating the sim card?

@hong111  If you can log into your account you. An turn off auto subscribe 

Turn auto subscribe off/on

If you can’t ask support to remove the credit card they have on file 

send  a  private message   To CS_Agent

HI @hong111 

if you just subscribed, but not activated the sim card yet (because you were waiting for the sim card to arrive), your plan actually not fully setup yet and hence Autopay would not kicks in

but if you like, to stop autopay from kicking in, best to ask PM support agent to remove the credit card.  Please message them here and ask
