I just subscribed a plan and not activate yet. I download the app and it's always ask me to activate the subscription and I can not be navigated to the page to cancel my plan and pre-authorized payment. I have been charged in my credit card. Please let me know how I can cancel it. Thanks.

I’m having problems subscribing as well. I think I will also cancel my subscription and get my money back. How can you rely on a phone company that expects you to wait 48 hours for support. This is the only phone in my home. That’s if anyone ever gets back to me.
