Hi, I lost my sim card this week and wanted to replace it with an unused public mobile one that I had from last year. I couldn't find an option to replace an old sim with a new one on the "my account" page. What's the fastest and easiest way to activate that sim or a new sim card? Thanks.

If card was Never used you can do it
before you proceed to swap SIMs:
Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@phogan Use incognito/private mode to login to your account and select either Quick Links (top right) and then Change SIM or Profile and select Change My Number>Change SIM.

as long as that old sim card was never used and never activated, you can use it now
Login to My Account on a computer, you will see Quick Links menu o top right, select Chamge Sim Card there. The same can be accessed via Profile Page
