I've just subscribed and got the confirmation email, BUT it seems the only way to activate is via an Android app that is not compatible with my device?
If I can't activate, I will just cancel the whole thing and trash the useless SIM.
Can't get through to any support either, chat is open, but force-closes my chats. The direct link to CSR fails.
My patience with PM is nearing its end.

I've also heard that but I'm happily chugging along with Windows 10. Anyway I got activated using a second phone.

I meant such a poorly produced activation process and website. It doesn't take rocket science to figure out they should always have a live toll free number for activation and a website for this.

I managed to send a message to CSR and submit and submit a ticket. I'm a retired enterprise software engineer and in all my years have never seen such a poorly produced activation system.

According to my research and I've never personally tried this although if you do, we'd LOVE to hear your feedback.
Rumor has it you can run Android apps on Windows 11.

two ways,
1. easiest is to ask a friend to help. install on his phone and run via the activation there. You can still activate esim but have to be very careful, need to stop before the app tries to install on your friend phone
2. you can still use the browser to activtae. After payment step, you cannot go further. You will have to ask support agent to finish the rest of the step for you

@CatalystOne Can you use a friends phone to activate then delete app from there phone . you can manage the account on the website from there
