Could not activate it on the new device,  please help me

did you receive any eSIM QR code in e-mail?

or you able to login again and install the eSIM?

if you need PM to help ,  ask them.  

Since you probably cannot login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here

Yes, I downloaded and paid, then I decided to install it later and pressed install later

you downloaded the Public Mobile app to your cellphone and started activation...right ? How far did you get ?
