Issues since joining PM

Hi all, I've been with PM for a little over a week now, coming from Koodo, and I've been having very odd issues since.

1) I don't receive most phone calls. For example, for my 2FA to login to this account, I recieved a notification about a voicemail, but I have no missed calls.

2) Text messages are severely delayed sometimes. In testing, anywhere from 1-4 minutes.

3) All phone calls end up in the other person sounding like a robot.

With Koodo and Telus, I only ever had the odd call end in a robotic voice, but no other issues. 

I'm on a Pixel 7 Pro, if that matters. 

Is there something I can do to fix these problems?

For anyone else who may have the same issues, my problem was fixed my creating a Ticket and having CS refresh my profile. I suggest you do the same!

@Bigelow some people can still get calls from Telus family even the port was not completed.  I suggest you to call the porting team tomorrow to confirm

I get *some* calls, but not most. I've had my parents and my in-laws both complain about me not answering/calling back, but unless they leave a voicemail, I don't know that they've called.

My girlfriends calls to me seem to come through every time, though.

you sure you were getting incoming calls?  I am not sure if your porting was completed.

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
