@Inaam25 Do you mean your plan renewal didn't go through? You can purchase a voucher from most retailers, gas stations or convenience stores and add the voucher by dialing 611 on your phone and don't need your four digit PIN to do so. Another option is to purchase a voucher from online seller recharge.com for a fee.
BTW, if you're on the discontinued $10 plan, then you need to add another $3 to top up the account as that plan got a 30% price hike ($3) effective 28th April. You can also lodge an official complaint with customer support if you didn't receive the notice of price increase by submitting a ticket via chatbot here: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

@Inaam25 Do you meant the login to Self-Serve My Account login password? If you want to check if you have any Add-on, best is to go to My Account and check it. Do you have the login credentials?
