How to recover old deleted messages when at the voicemail menu the option (1-9) is not available?

This is what I do but two of them appear to have not been re-saved and are gone 😞

Voicemails stay on for 10 days. You can keep re-saving them to go longer and it will warn you that messages are expiring. But once gone, they're gone.

Please clarify...are you asking about deleted texts or deleted voicemail messages ?

You are on Android, if you  have setup backup to Google, you can try this

Sign in with your Google Account on a different phone. During device setup, click on 'Restore' when it asks if you want to restore your Android backup. Complete the setup process and check your messages folder

Android 9 version. 3 months old messages maybe.

HI @MrtGeekDb   if the voicemail is deleted, it is deleted.  PM does not keep deleted voicemail.

How old are the messages you wish to retrieve ?
