I was charged twice when I was activating my phone. I tried to complete a ticket online from the link that was provided by the chatbot but I kept getting a login error, meanwhile, I can log in to the community just fine.

If the extra charge is not in your available funds then contact customer support for a refund or a credit to your account. You can skip the rant and read the spoiler in this post on how to send a private message.

Log in to your account to see if the extra $$ are sitting in Available Funds. If so, just leave the payment there and it'll be applied to next renewal.
