How long does it usually take to get support for a ticket.
I was trying to sign up for a public mobile. After select the plan and my sim options, I entered my payment information. I get a message saying the payment went through but could not create my account telling me to contact customer support.
I've put in a ticket for customer support and have not heard anything since saturday afternoon.
I see the charge in my credit card statement, so I know it went through. When can I expect to get support to get my service activated?

Thanks for the suggestion. I've already downloaded the app and tried to activate from there, but it starts from the initial sign up, from selecting the plan to payment info again.

When I used the chat function before, they replied within a few hours.

According to the question, but it generally takes 1-3 days. If you cannot get an answer by the customer support, you can use the link provided by 'NDesai'.

@blksheep The Public Mobile app is required to complete activation. You can delete it and use a browser again once activated. Maybe worth downloading it from Google Play or the Apple App Store to see if you can complete the activation that way, while you're waiting to hear back from customer service. Don't pay again though.

@blksheep If you don't hear from them by tomorrow, send them another replay via private message to @CS_Agent and mention the ticket number.

I used the browser, and yes, I confirmed the payment went through with my credit card.

were you using the app to activate? or were you just using the browser?

Since it's the weekend there are less staff. My suggestion is to go into your mail box, click on the arrow where it says inbox and hit the sent box and say you're looking for an update. Sadly you probably won't hear till tomorrow.
