How long does it take to get response on the ticket

Hi, Im getting an error when I try to change my subscription. I tried both Change now and change on renewal date. Submitted the ticket, but it's been more than 24 hrs, hasn't heard back from them

response time usually is 2 to 4 hours

and for plan change.  Try using a browser.  Try using Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser to login My Account and make the plan change, it should work
