5 working days.

London Drugs and Loblaws also sell them.
Canada Post can deliver a letter-sized package in less than a day. Or they can let it languish for weeks. Post offices have always been a little sluggish and unreliable in some areas, though they seem to have become especially awful in recent decades. If you need a SIM card (and working phone service) today then buy one from a retailer today.

I bought a PM sim at my local Red Apple store for $4...they also had Koodo sims for same
price.

Many Walmart stores sell them. Also try Wow Mobile or Koodo.

It depends on whether you feel lucky or not? They have been known to arrive in as few as 3 days or as long as 3 weeks or not all....when ordered from public mobile. Canadian Cell Supplies sells them for $4.99+tax and arrive within 5 business days via Canada Post.

@RomeoD - if you order a SIM card online with Public Mobile it is stated 7-10 business days.
It could take longer though, as it normally comes Canada Post letter mail.
edit, see PM Help Article here: Get a SIM card (publicmobile.ca)
Did you order one yet? You can also check or call around to see availability for a SIM at any retailers near you: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/store-locator
