How does the points system work?

Just checking out Public Mobile rewards, and I found that engaging in the community can result in up-to $20/month discounts. How is this calculated? Is it a 5c/comment sort of arrangement?

Community rewards are awarded based on your contribution,and responding to questions when you know you can help other and you will likely be rewarded, get solutions you receive.

you will receive earn Community Rewards 1, 2, 5, 10 ,15 points, ( the 20 points only for Oracle Team )

Giving bravos doesn't earn rewards/points.

Only Oracles earn 20 points.  Oracle are small group of community members who help PM  with some administrative work on the Community

For us, we can earn, 1, 2, 5, 10 or 15

it is a secret formula how PM decide what is the top 1%, 2%, 10%, 25%, 50% of participation.  All I can say is keep participate.  Reply questions that you know the answer , bravos good posts  around.  At the end,  you will be "richer than you think"

Why don't you just come and post whenever you can and not really try to expect a particular amount?  I'm not sure it's worthwhile to come here and expect to earn lots of money either but coming to the community can help you become aware of problems with service as customers will post and ask here first.

Gosh @hilmarok , it's a very complex (and very secret) formula they use.

It's based on the number of bravos received, the number of solutions, the number of posts you make, and likely some combination of screen views and bravos you give others.

As far as receiving up to $20, that's kind of erroneous information as that's reserved for those in Oracle status, which is reached by invite by Public Mobile or when they're looking to add to their Oracle team.
