CS agent has asked that I deposit some funds into my account balance in order to do what I asked. I can't seem to find how to do this. The only option I found was to update funds by vouchers. I don't have a voucher and would like to use my card on file. What am I missing on how to do install funds by CC?

if you want the buy voucher, you can also buy online at recharge.com. Some people might suggest you to use muskbird.com as well, it is cheaper in fees, and it also has real time deposit service
but for the Add funds with credit/debit card button, you might not see it as I remember you joined no long. I notice that button only available for people who has been here long.

Hey @Immune
A few ways. You can add a voucher to the account via dialling 611. You can buy those at places like Shoppers Drug Mart.
If you're logged in online, go to PAYMENT on the left side of the page. Next, go to Add Funds with Credit/Debit card on the right side of the page.
Easy as that.
If you're using the app, open the app, see the payment tab at the bottom, click on that. Then you'll see Add Funds with Credit card. Super easy.
