You can’t receive a refund in your account, that’s becuase you paid it. Ex you buy a roaming add on and you got the wrong package option Unfortunately you don’t get a refund back.

@CoryMartinrefunds (credit card/voucher) are rare and done in exceptional circomstances.
your only real avenue of recouping funds that are sitting as available funds is to ask mods to transfer available funds to a different PM account say a family member or a friend.

@stonechucker I believe they are asking about Available Funds balance rather than unused paid plan portions. I could be wrong though.

This is a prepaid service. You pay for 30 or 90-day cycle. If you have a problem with your service, private message the moderator_team to get it resolved.
There are typically no refunds.
