How do I receive a refund for funds in my account?

You can’t receive a refund in your account, that’s becuase you paid it. Ex you buy a roaming add on and you got the wrong package option Unfortunately you don’t get a refund back.

@CoryMartinrefunds (credit card/voucher) are rare and done in exceptional circomstances. 

your only real avenue of recouping funds  that are sitting as available funds is to ask mods to transfer available funds to a different PM account say a family member or a friend.

There will be no refunds for sure with voucher purchase that is a given
