How do I change my ESN/MEID that I incorrectly put in my account information.

I have my account all set up. I can text and receive texts and call out but I cannot receive phone calls. I have possibly put in a wrong meid number. Can anyone get me going in the right dirrection . Thanks

You've probably already tried this, but I've had an instance similar to this and shutting the phone down, removing the sim for 5 minutes and restarting the phone worked. In that case, the user chose a new number, but it might work for you too.

@BSR failed ports are typically identified as not receiving both  sms and calls. And by old sim still working.  Do you meet these criteria?

@BSR How long ago did you activate? Was the text from pm a welcome text? Who are you porting from? If you are within 3 hours it's likely your port is not complete yet. Does your old SIM still work as in receive calls?

Yes I already received a text from public mobile. Ive tried simon and cant seem to get the right answers.

@BSR did you get a text from the saying they need more information for the port? If you didn't then it's just the port in progress.  If you want to mesage the moderator_team click here to start a conversation with Simon the chat bot and get a ticket and the moderators will get back to you usually within 48 hours!
