I have been waiting for an agent for 2 hours for a simple question. It said 2 people were ahead of me and then all of a sudden 47th in line. The website has been not signing me in and glitching. All I want is to cancel the order as this is not the service level I signed up for.

Many customer have horrendous problems with Public Mobile. As I noted before, I can't even login into my account, and customer service agents are incompetent to fix this problem. All their advice is just a waste of time, no help. For example, you have these incompetent people telling me to check my junk folder, making me look stupid. I mean, how stupid do you think I am? Fix your glitches ! I can;'t even receive verifcation codes to log into my account to cance l it.
I recommend you file complaint to Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS) https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/ccts

@ColinPrit Is your intention of canceling so that you can go with another carrier? If so, when you port your line over to the other carrier, your subscription with Public Mobile will automatically cancel. If you cancel in advance, you won't be able to use your same phone number with the new cellphone provider.
If you are afraid that Public mobile will continue to take payments off your credit card while you shop around with other cellphone providers, you can simply remove your payment method so that you are not charged. If you stay with public mobile and do not pay within 90 days, your account with public mobile will be closed automatically.

Since it has been paid, why not try it for a month
or if you like to try your luck, submit ticket with CS agent and ask for refund
