My son subscribed without my permission using my banking info. I cannot seem to find how to cancel this. As he just did this an hour ago there is no Sim card yet and phone has not been activated. Please help!

You can reach a CS Agent to cancel and refund if anything has been paid using the chatbot down at the bottom right corner. If that is no help, contact your bank and have the fees reversed.

@Madmom If the sim hasn’t been activated then there’s nothing to cancel . But you can use this direct link to support to remove credit card info on file right away
