How do I cancel a plan that hasn't been activated?

My son subscribed without my permission using my banking info. I cannot seem to find how to cancel this. As he just did this an hour ago there is no Sim card yet and phone has not been activated. Please help!

if the account not fully activated yet, you have not use the service yet, then message support and they can hep to cnacel

@Madmom If the sim hasn’t been activated then there’s nothing to cancel . But you can use this direct link to support to remove credit card info on file right away
