How can we get in touch with customer service, regarding my US add on being virtually useless while

VoIP requires a data connetion and that line would operate with a different phone number.  I do agree with you that VoLTE would help greatly with situations of there not being much 2g signal.

Hi @kdereniw the roaming add-on sometime is hard to use.  TMobile network is not very good.  PM usually will refund without much fight

None of it worked at times. Sometimes wife would get a message, I wouldn’t or vice versa

@kdereniw , what seems to be the problem with using Us roaming?  Make sure the phone is connecting to T-Mobile, use manual connection if needed.  For calling, the feature can be rather challenged where 2G network is spotty.  For data, please ensure roaming data feature is turned on.

yes, PM agent could process refund of you are unable to use the roaming.  Please open ticket with them 

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
