I am the new customer, I followed the step to open an account. However, I can't done the last step: Activation.

I also have the same problem. And stopped at the last step step 6 and asked me to contact agent for help. But the on the help chat page it will gone empty once I login. I don’t know where I can get help

Yes, I did, but when I go to the last step, it said "something didn't go right while activating your subscription" so don't know what's wrong

You will need to download the PM app on your phone to complete the activation. So did you use the PM app?
