Every time I enter cs_agent into the TO part of my message their name doesn’t come up. How can I reach out to them directly?

Have you had this issue before when paying with this credit card for other purchases? Seems odd but Customer Service will be able to explain the reasoning and what can be done. Hopefully everything gets resolved for you and your wife shortly!

I’ve been trying to transfer over from koodo for my wife and I on the Boxing Day $29 10Gb plan but it keeps saying my postal code doesn’t match my card. I’ve tried all of the suggestions like clearing cache, incognito etc but no luck.
