In case it might be relevant to others who had or are having the same issue, I can confirm that my plan *did* auto renew today as scheduled and *did* roll over to the 12GB promo as scheduled. I still cannot explain why yesterday my account said "plan expired" but -- knock on wood -- all now appears to be correct.

Does your phone still work? Hopefully it's just a plan error. It will be corrected.

The moderators are online; Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 5:30pm(EST).
Meanwhile, if your service is down you can make phone calls with an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.
