This means that you were never sent the text message. Please use the instructions provided earlier to open a ticket and ask a CSA to add them.

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

@B0Y3R1989 You can first try texting YES2 4911 first if your told your not eligible, then submit a ticket to community agent .. everyone’s entitled to it and your no exception:)
