Black Friday deals are here. If you are on a $45 plan now, you should at least see a $30 - 20GB plan there
if you are lucky, you might even see a $25 - 10GB plan or $23-6GB or $20 - 3GB

Thank you. I hope they don't end up giving me additional $5 charges. I don't use that much data so there's no need for any plan above $35 for me.

@PV3 You need to sign in to your account and check "change subscription" to see what is available to you. There is currently a $35 Canada-US plan with 50GB data that doesn't list as "new activations only". All you would do then is select that plan, if you see it when logged in, and choose "change on renewal" as already suggested. If you are having problems navigating to change subscriptions you can open a ticket with customer support at the chat icon bottom right of this page.

If you were not aware, all members were switched from the Legacy rewards to the Points rewards in May/24.
No more $2 credit for AutoPay and your referrals are switch from $ to points. 5% of monthly bill will be switched to points.
Once you have 15 points. You can redeem for a $15 credit.

@PV3 Yes we all have to pay full plan price now and no more $2 auto pay instead we get 5% back in points on plan spend also no more loyalty rewards instead we get 10 points back on our anniversary. Friends referrals keep same value but in points 1 point for each friend every 30 days now with added step of going into our rewards portal in the account and once we have 15 points we can redeem $15 off our bill . But to change plans it’s harder to downgrade plan price these days since this rewards change . But easy to upgrade plan spend (price) and we can only change to the plans that are available to us in our accounts despite what we see in the website
adding @PV3 but when you do change plan always use the change on renewal option and not immediately or you lose money in your current cycle there’s no pro rating for unused time .also if you have no friend refferals you can port number out to new carrier and port back in on newly created PMaccount with new sim and new email and get the plan you really want even if it’s then for new activations only . But Black Friday fast approaching so hopefully we see better plans for existing customers like us
