Hey team unlocked phone from koodo not working

Hey team,

Unlocked phone from koodo, SIM for public is activated but still says "No Service" top left in the iphone no matter what I do. Any help would be great!

when you  sign in to Self-Serve, Account Status: is Active or !

hi there I activated an hour ago, used the $25 prepaid code I bought at walmart, plugged the sim card in but nothing popped up for me to set anything up with public on my phone

@LancerLeads  phones that worked on Koodo should work on Pm without unlocking ..

did you just activate today?  is phone number porting involved?  you confirm that PM charges your credit card already?
