I switched over to Public last night and my phone isn’t working fully. I think it has to do with the SIM but it says it doesn’t work when I try to add the eSim ? Help!

Are you using a SIM or eSIM?

Did you reply to the text from your previous carrier confirming that you are porting over to PM with YES?

There is a 90 minute window for you to reply or porting will be cancelled or put in limbo.

If this is the case, you need to contact a CS_Agent by private messaging to restart the porting process for you. They can be contacted at:

If you did reply to the text, there could be a provisional issue with your SIM or if you subscribe with eSIM. Just private message a CS_Agent.
