PM has no special way to turn off Call Waiting
So, it is an account issue likely
Please try reboot your phone once
If issues persists, try to click Reset All networks and see if it helps
If you have another phone, test the PM sim card there to confirm if it is not a device issue. By putting the sim in another phone, it will also force a sim reprovision and it could resolve the issue when you put the sim back to the original phone.
