My refurbished phone is not working.  No one can hear me - it seems that there is a problem with the microphone.  How do I return it or exchange it??

Check the warranty of the phone here: https://www.telus.com/en/mobility/services/warranty-lookup

if it still have the warranty , you actually do not need to message support, Simply bring it to a Telus or Mobile Klinik store and have them to check 

@cathy23  That depends if you have warranty left on the phone . but they can tell you by the phones IMEI what warranty is on the phone . But typically all phones come with 1 year warranty
