My refurbished phone is not working. No one can hear me - it seems that there is a problem with the microphone. How do I return it or exchange it??

How do I contact support? I've been going in circles on this site, and keep coming up with "Error code". If I take it to a Telus klinik, will I have to pay for the repair?
