Iam trying to port my number from public to Tellus ,but not working for incoming or outgoing.
Iam facing issues because of that

Did you already tried to port from Public mobile to Telus? Did you answer "yes" to port request text?
Now, with your Telus account, you are unable to have Text working. What about data? talk?
More details would be helpful.

You PM account must be active to port your number over to Telus and you need Telus to help you look into your issue.

@Khaddoj Another customer has same issue trying to port out and could not get text from public mobile . They ended up asking support to approve the transfer thru private message and support obliged so I suggest submitting ticket with support to help
you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or send a private message To CS_Agent

@Khaddoj , is your account suspended? I have seen reports in the community that it is possible to port a suspended number to Koodo or Telus. I would imagine that you would need to speak to a human on the Telus end and explain the situation.

@Khaddoj if you are porting out of Public Mobile you will need to contact Telus to help you with the porting as this takes place on their end
