Hello everyone
I decided to join PM back in 2016.
The current carrier I was with was offering me amazing deals and so I decided to just stay for a few more years. They could not offer me better deals again so now I am switching to PM for good.
The time has come and back then I ordered my SIM card which I have not touched.
I could use some help with how I can set everything up and if I can still take the current FLASH SALE promotion where you get 2 months for free?

@PublicEcho, I believe you should see a credit in your account within a couple of days. Should be mentioned in the details of the promo.

Koodo doesn’t need to be unlocked because it’s Telus owned. Phones from other providers would still need to be unlocked. This includes Fido phones.

Your phone does not need to be unlocked-as i have been told. My phone is from Koodo and no unlocking of the phone was necessary. The sim card you got all those years ago should still work just as a new one would.

Good Afternoon,
To activate your sim card you go to "get started" on the top left hand side of the website. Once on the page you go down to #3 "activate your sim card" and follow the instructions. There are multiple different steps to do it and each step is well explained durring the process. They will cancle the plan you currently have with this other company, and there is a step where you can transfer over your number (Mine worked right away). You can also build your own plan, or choose one of the new 30 day plans. And at the end you can opt for automatic payments which you get credited $2 per 30 days. Once you have finished the process the first payment will come off of your billing without the credit as it is your first bill/activation.

If you got an error, you would have to wait when your details released by the system, to start again.
If you received an error on payment page, do not try again to prevent double charge.

I think LEGO meant that if you refer someone else to Public Mobile and they enter your number, they will get the $10 credit. You would get a $1 credit per month.
In your case, since you are activating an account, you will get a $10 credit.

The flash sales are typically done through retail partner Walmart. They seem to crop up on weekends and typically involve getting the second month free, plus free SIM card. Recently, the referral rewards have been upgraded to pay the referred party a one time $10 credit. So, if you do decide to sign up, make sure you get a referral from an existing customer. At this time, I will shamelessly say I am an existing customer.
