After PM's stupid move removing their old loyalty program, I'm thinking of porting over to Fizz mobile. Should I deactivate my plan first and then begin the port or keep it active?

In oder to port any number, you current account MUST be active. You initiate the port with them and reply to the text from PM. No refunds so best to port out close to next payment due date.

service must be active for the number to port out. So, you need to leave your PM account active.
and login My Account to get the account number. Best to provide account number for port request
