Help! My plan was changed and i don't know how.

last fall i changed my plan to the 3GB plan. i have been paying $35/month since then. On March 27 my plan switched inexplicably to the 1gb+1gb plan for $25. is there anyway to get this corrected before april 27 without paying additional fees?

Log in on a laptop, use incognito mode. Click the Change My Plan tab...then you should see the $40 / 15GB offered.

Good you got charged the proper amount

but if you use the spinner or Incognito mode to login My Account again, how much data left it is showing?

i was charged the correct amount on march 27. but it doesnt explain the text i got saying i was 75% at my usage

PM can be so buggy. The "PM Experience upgrade" they announced last July is...underwhelming to say the least.

FYI...PM is offering a 4G plan with 15GB's data for $5 more than you're currently paying.

In other words...$40 for 15Gb's of 4G data, talk and text / 30 days.

NO, i had not changed it. when i logged in on my laptop it was saying that i was on the 1GB plan. when i went to the dashboard and hit refresh like @hairbag1 suggested it then showed the 3gn plan

what the heck? but the weird thing was that i got a text saying 75% of my data was used but it's only 750MB

Can you login to My Account again using Incognito mode and confirm again the plan you have? and maybe  post a screenshot?

and what you meant by "switched inexplicitly"?  did you change it yourself?

Also, check the Payment history and see what got charged on March 27.  maybe post a screenshot as well?
